RAYMOND SPERA – OWNER
Ray Spera has been responsible for the daily activities across all projects under construction for PCS for just about 10 years. In this role, Ray brings 20 years of experience to each project, acting as a commercial construction superintendent for projects with budgets up to $50 million.
Ray maintains an in-depth knowledge of all ongoing PCS construction projects and is involved in weekly construction meetings with owners, architectural teams and subcontractors. He manages PCS’s manpower, including project superintendents and all self-performing carpenter and laborer work force crews. He troubleshoots on an as-needed basis, solving problems facing the construction owners, architects, project managers and superintendents.
Ray also reviews project schedules, daily reports, RFI’s and overall project safety, as well as monitors subcontractor buy-outs, progress reports, contracts, invoices and overall project quality.
